Who is your favourite Nollywood actor of 2016?

It's less than four weeks till the end of 2016 and  NAIJ.com  Entertainment has come up with a list of Nollywood actors who thrilled us the most this year. However, only one can be the ultimate favourite. The year was quite an interesting one for Nollywood. One could arguably conclude that this year had some of the most exciting films ever released by the industry in the last five years. Of course, the movies would not be great if they were not marked by exceptional performances from both actors and actresses. Not only did we fall in love with a new crop of actors but some of the veterans who have been in the industry since its heydays were not to be outshone. El-Zakzaky's detention after a clash between the group and the convoy of the chief of army staff Tukur Buratai has led to protests across northern states in Nigeria. The protests have also resulted to killings and further branding of the IMN as an insurgent group. However, the former minister of aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has condemned the killing of members of the group and further warns the Kaduna state governor Nasir el-Rufai of looming danger ahead. BREAKING: Rivers rerun: INEC releases interim report

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released an interim report for the on-going Rivers re-run legislative elections. According to the electoral commission, actual voting has ended in most polling units. INEC releases interim report for Rivers rerun election However, INEC disclosed that there were reports of dynamite explosions in Akuku-Toru LGA as some of its officials were attacked in Khana local government. The commission also disclosed that its officials were prevented from conducting the election in Tai state constituency but assured collation will take place where election was held. - The media office of Rotimi Amaechi says the minister could not vote in today's Rivers rerun election - His media team says the ex-governor could not vote due to the disappearance of result sheet from his unit - The presiding officer in the minister’s unit, has been detained by security officers following the disappearance of the result sheet Rotimi Amaechi, the minister of transportation, could not vote for his desired candidate in Saturday’s re-run election in Rivers state due to the disappearance of result sheet from his unit, according to his media office.
