Watch the 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2' trailer

Image
The closer we get to fall, the closer we get to the end of an era. With the release of " The Hunger Games: Mockingjay—Part 2 " this November, the massively popular saga draws to a close. We’ve seen a few  innocuous pictures  from the impending blockbuster, but now they’ve dropped an exciting first trailer in our laps. Check it out for yourself below. When we last left Katniss ( Jennifer Lawrence ), Peeta ( Josh Hutcherson ), Gale (Liam Hemsworth), and the rest of the citizens of the dystopian world of Panem, they were on the brink of war and things were getting grim. Hiding out in the underground bunkers of District 13, which until then they thought had been destroyed, the heroes were bombed, had a massive propaganda campaign waged against them, and Katniss was trying to cope with the trauma inflicted upon her over the course of the first two films. Oh, and then there was the whole brainwashed Peeta trying to kill her thing. That’ll bum you out. David Spade Tried

Amber Heard says she's more than just a pretty face

Image
Previous Next Amber Heard  is pretty in pink — pink fur, that is — in a  shoot for Elle magazine’s July issue . But despite the sexy pose, the “Friday Night Lights” actress — a k a Mrs.  Johnny Depp  — tells the mag she’s not just another beautiful blonde. “I feel like I’m constantly fighting against my exterior, or this exterior presentation of myself, because of how I look or perhaps because of who I’m with,” said Heard, who stars in the upcoming male-stripper flick “Magic Mike XXL.” Reports  have hinted at trouble  between Heard, 29, and Depp, 51, who  tied the knot in February  — but she claims she has adjusted to married life. “Nothing is a dramatic change,” Heard said. “We’ve been together for a long time now, so it’s been a fairly organic process. I have a fiercely independent spirit.” This  article originally appeared  in the  New York Post . Break Time: Goldie Hawn - Who needs marriage?

Miley Cyrus gets political, naked in controversial Paper magazine cover story

Image
In Miley Cyrus’ super revealing Paper magazine cover story, the actress, who appears nude inside the mag, says she is the least judgmental person ever, yet she has some harsh words for Christian fundamentalists and her parents. The magazine’s story on Cyrus notes that though she was raised Christian, the singer “maintains a particular contempt for fundamentalist lawmakers who rally against this sort of progressive, potentially life-saving changes [for the LGBT] community.” The pop star told the mag, "Those people [shouldn't] get to make our laws.” The article touches on what Cyrus thinks of people who believe Noah’s Ark was a real vessel, "That's f--king insane,” she told the magazine. “We've outgrown that fairy tale, like we've outgrown f--king Santa and the tooth fairy."   She praises her parents throughout the interview, yet Cyrus slams their politics calling them "conservative-ass mother--kers."
