- Two herdsmen are presently in trouble in Ekiti state for possessing firearms and destroying farmland valued at N850,000 - The herdsmen’s actions violated the Prohibition of Cattle and Other Ruminants Grazing Law in Ekiti state - Their case was adjourned till Friday, January 27 while the accused have been remanded in prison Ekiti governor Ayo Fayose made the law under which the two herdsmen are being tried for destroying the farmland.
